What does "Chocolate Liquor" mean?

Chocolate liquor or cocoa mass is made by grinding cocoa nibs into a smooth, liquid form. The term “liquor” doesn’t refer to alcohol but indicates the fluid state of ground cocoa beans before they are processed into their final chocolate form.
